Color Enhancing Sealer is suitable for a wide variety of applications, including floors, walls, cladding, facades, countertops, patios, driveways, paths, garages, kitchens and entertaining areas. 
This colour enhancer works on a wide variety of porous surfaces, including all types of natural stone, clay and terracotta tiles and pavers, brick, concrete, polished concrete, terrazzo, encaustic tile, terracotta and saltillo.
Color Enhancing Sealer is suitable for indoor and outdoor applications and for residential and commercial buildings.
- Deep colour enhancement.
- Super oil and water repellency for superior stain protection. ISO 10545-14 Class 5 (best possible resistance to stains), greater than 98% reduction in 24-hour water up-take (Rilem method).
- Longer lasting, even outdoors under UV light. *5-year Performance Warranty when Color Enhancing Sealer is applied by an Accredited Applicator. Water and Oil repellency will last 5 years, enhancement will vary on material and location.
- Easy to apply. Additional coats can be applied at any time in the future to a cleaned surface to re-enhance without having to strip the sealer.
- Retains surface hardness and wet slip resistance of porous flooring materials.
- Will not flake, yellow, crack, blister or break down in high alkalis and reduces concrete dusting.
- Breathable: water vapour permeates freely, avoiding moisture build-up inside the material.

    All tiles must be returned un-used, in the original packaging and in perfect re-saleable condition within 28 days of delivery. To arrange a return please contact our Customer Services team on 01637 879188 or email info@thecornwalltilecompany.co.uk , there is a charge which is payable by you the customer. The cost of the collection will be deducted from the total refundable amount of the product being returned. There will also be a restocking charge of up to 35% which will also be deducted from your refund.
    Returns collections will be made at the original delivery address of the order and someone must be present to sign for the collection.
    We aim to process all returns and refunds within as quickly as possible following receipt.
    Please be aware that refunds can take between 7 to 10 working days to appear back in the account used to pay for your order. Original delivery costs are non-refundable.
